RFP and RFI Management

In collaboration with an RFP and RFI partner, SaaS Allies conducts a comprehensive intake analysis with the client to uncover the desired functionality and budgetary factors for the RFP/RFI. Utilizing expert templates, SaaS Allies meticulously drafts the RFP/RFI document and collaborates with our client to ensure precise definition of all business and technical requirements.

 

With the RFP/RFI developed, SaaS Allies takes charge of vendor selection, managing the day-to-day operations of the initial phases. This entails facilitating Q&A sessions, clarifying expectations and timelines, and scheduling vendor demos. Upon receiving the vendor proposals, SaaS Allies compiles a comprehensive comparison of all vendors based on predetermined ranking criteria, aiding our clients in selecting the preferred vendor. SaaS Allies then assumes the responsibility of negotiating with the preferred vendor to secure the best and final offer for our clients.
